Rosetta Marketing are actively seeking a full-time Paid Search Manager who is a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, outgoing individual with a minimum of 5 years of direct working experience in paid search campaign management.

Description:

The successful candidate should be looking to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced business environment. This position includes the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of paid search professionals including Campaign Managers and Strategists
  • Leading paid search strategy for client engagements
  • Create and maintain project plans to update clients on status of campaigns
  • Proactively make strategic campaign recommendations to clients
  • Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of paid search campaigns
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
  • Generate and deliver performance reports to clients on an ongoing basis
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, frequent conference calls, and presentations
  • Manage client budgets to ensure proper allocation in accordance with campaign contract terms and project goals
  • Exceed client expectations and performance goals on daily basis

Experience:

  •  A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns for Fortune 1000 companies
  • Managing and mentoring junior level resources
  • Bachelor’s degree with interest or emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • Experience with keyword research, keyword research tools, and keyword selection
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and desire to use it
  • Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Experience managing shopping comparison engines is a plus
  • Industry experience in retail, consumer products, financial services, or hospitality is a plus.
