Hi Kalena,
Excellent informative post with a lot of very valid points. I would agree with Nat that thinking big is very important. When we limit our thinking, we limit ourselves. Another vital point is gathering information about your site. It is so important to know what is working and what is not on your site. There are a number of tools that can help with this process (MuVar, Nemeas & RaSof to name but a few). Having a fresh, vibrant site that engages its users is more appealing than a site that ignores the users needs and is built on ego. I enjoyed the Overcoming Bias blog. Some insightful nuggets on it. My compliments on your blog Kalena, I will visit often.

I have to say that I run a site and the freedom business system that I am using has given me the spare time to to run everything live. Prior to this I was certainly addicted to instant information. The invention of the smart phone allows you to get information anywhere! I have subscribed to your rss feed. Thanks
